Lincoln Hills RC&D Publications
The Area Plan focuses on improving the quality of life in the four-county area over the next five years. It is a concise, accurate, and useful focal point that galvanizes the Council into productive leadership. It identifies the need and opportunities in the area, and prioritizes program areas and potential projects for RC&D assistance while covering RC&D’s four primary issues.
The Annual Plan of Work serves as the agreement that supports NRCS annual funding for the RC&D staff and office support for the year. The Plan is an implementation schedule of the highest priority projects and activities that can be accomplished in the immediate future. It is aggressive but also realistic to ensure balance between goals and available resources.
